In times of stress, anxiety, and pain it becomes very useful and helpful to practice Pilates as a daily ritual, in order to get out of your head (or pain) and more into and in touch with your body.
Listen to your pain, listen to your body... pain gives us answers. Answers give us an opportunity to heal.
We have little control over things that occur in life- however, we have a lot of control over what we eat, drink, things we say, do, and the way we treat others and ourselves.
Practice having control by doing Pilates. You will learn how to breathe more efficiently and to use your core effectively. You will feel stronger, more confident, and stable on a daily basis.
